🤦‍♂️Miserable Scenario

When I travel from Damchhu towards Phuentsoling,on the way I saw a group monkey along the roadside and with the first glance, it was really funny or interesting to see them all. Though it was a great moment meet such wild animals, but it sparks my mind to think critically the background causes which enable them to adapt new behavior and change in their adaptation. Some travelers are providing them with snacks and some other edible things which is actually good, but it really concerns me the consequences of such act. Personally, I have realized monkeys are often found near roads due to combination of factors including habitat loss, human encroachment, availability of food. Deforestation and urbanization have led to the destruction of natural habitats, forcing monkeys to move closer to human settlement and roads. As their natural habitats decline, monkeys are left with limited options for food and shelter. Moreover, human settlements and roads often provide easy access to food, such as

✨Reflection on Research article

-After reading this particular article based on integration of ICT in teaching and learning, it really boosts my enthusiasm towards exploring and learning ICT in our day-to-day life. There is drastic revolution over a period of time and its impact on education is beyond our imagination. Our country has recognized the potential of ICT enhancing the quality of education and improving access to education, especially for students living in remote areas. I have personally experienced the exposure of ICT when was in grade five and from that point and this particular article portrays the same information related to its benefit and all. Till now ICT has played a very significant role in increasing access to education in Bhutan. As mentioned in the article, through online learning plateforms, students in remote areas can access quality education and resources that were previously not available to them. I strongly support this statement since during the pandemic, implication and integration of di

ICT in Bhutanese Education By Yeshey Lhendup Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has brought significant changes in almost all aspects of our lives — more so in recent years — and its pace of development shows no sign of slowing down; it is indeed developing faster than ever before. During the 14th Convocation of the Royal University of Bhutan in May, 2019, His Majesty The King shared his concerns about the dramatic changes brought about by the emerging technology — its scale of growth and scope, and the consequences of lagging behind. If we are not able to embrace and leverage technology, we will be invariably left behind. Technology has a huge potential to enhance quality and access to education, create jobs, ensure good governance with effective and efficient delivery of services, develop and grow the private sector, and enhance accountability and transparency. It is driven by new developments, such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, Machine Lear

The Hidden Value

On 20th March,2023 I went to Punakha and I saw a great monument of Thuenpa Puen zhii near one of the office. My mind was filled with curiosity and enthusiasm and I clicked the photo of that particular monument. It resembles a symbol of friendship. Here,it relates to how four animals in the form of an elephant, a monkey,a hare and a patridge cooperated together and lived peacefully displaying peace and harmony. These four harmonious animals depict the four terrestrial habitats:sky(bird),tree(monkey),ground(elephant),and underground(hare). The bayan tree is known for its fruit -bearing tree.As an educator or the teacher, we can implement this given figure to impart the moral values to our students. If we brief the moral values verbally, then its quite abstract for the students to grasp the meaning but through the clear depiction this particular image, it will really spark their enthusiasm in learning and it will ultimately help students to retain the information for long period of time

Aesthetic view of Paro Taktsang

Image
-Coinciding with Zhabdrung Kuchoe, 30th April was such a memorable and auspicious day in my life since I have visited the most sacred place of Bhutan “Tiger Nest” for the first time .The about figure portrays the overall view of the Lhakhang and its environment.  Personally I feel the above figure will play a very significant role in terms of educational purposes. We know that Taktsang (Tiger Nest) has been the most popular and due to that visually we can teach the background history behind this. Just with first glance of the picture will really spark the enthusiasm of a student and pay great respect towards it. Narrating the history behind will give the abstract concept but through the above picture it showcases the clear structure of a Lhakhang on a cliff which will ultimately build curiosity within an individual and will allow them to outline of overall features associated with it.
